Insurance and Estimates
We realize that having an accident is both frustrating and time consuming. It’s important that we present you with a clean and professional front office. All estimates are free at Miracle Workers Auto Collision Center, and you do not need an appointment for an estimate.
We work with all insurance companies, but we work for you – the customer. Don’t let insurance companies tell you where you have to take your vehicle to be repaired. By Nebraska law, you have the right to choose where you want your vehicle repaired. Nebraska law also states that you only need one estimate from the shop of your choice.
One of the first things we do when you come in for an estimate is to take digital photos of your vehicle’s damage. With your permission, these photos and the repair estimate can then be emailed to the insurance company. The claims adjuster doesn’t have to come out to inspect your damage, thus speeding up repair times. We will also keep track of your insurance claim for you.

Do I need an appointment for a collision repair estimate in Lincoln, NE?
No. Miracle Workers Auto Collision Center welcomes walk-ins for collision repair estimates, and no appointment is necessary for most estimates. If your vehicle has hail damage, please call us so we can schedule an appropriate time to evaluate the damage.
What should I bring with me for an auto body repair estimate?
If the repair involves an insurance claim, it is helpful to bring your insurance information, claim number if one has already been assigned, and any estimate or documentation you have received from your insurance company. If you do not have all of that information yet, our team can still help you understand the next steps.
Can Miracle Workers communicate with my insurance company about the repair?
Yes. Miracle Workers Auto Collision Center works with insurance companies regularly and can help communicate repair information, estimates, photographs, and supplemental damage discovered during the repair process. Our goal is to help make the collision repair and insurance claim process as straightforward as possible for you.
What happens if additional damage is discovered after my vehicle is taken apart?
Collision damage is not always completely visible during the initial estimate. Once repairs begin and damaged areas are disassembled, additional damage may be discovered. When that happens, Miracle Workers documents the additional repairs and works through the supplemental estimate process with the appropriate insurance company.
