Car Rental Assistance

We can help you set up a rental car while your vehicle is in our shop being repaired.

A rental car can be made available at the time you drop off your vehicle for repairs – just let us know if you will need a rental car while we are repairing yours.  Our staff will coordinate car rental assistance with an insurance approved rental agency to have your rental car at our shop, waiting for you when you drop off your vehicle for repair.

If you are paying for the rental vehicle out-of-pocket, we work with several rental agencies that offer discounts for our customers.  If insurance is involved, we will assist the rental car agency with the insurance claims information required for billing. If you would like to rent a car, you must:

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Provide the rental agency with a credit card number as a security deposit
• Be 19 years of age or older

Some important facts to understand before renting a car:

• Rental agencies charge for gas, so remember to replace the fuel you use.

Rental agencies also offer optional insurance coverage that you may not need.  Check with your insurance agent to see if you are already covered.  Most policies carry over to cars rented to replace yours during collision damage repair.
