Car Rental Assistance

If you are paying for the rental vehicle out-of-pocket, we work with several rental agencies that offer discounts for our customers.  If insurance is involved, we will assist the rental car agency with the insurance claims information required for billing. If you would like to rent a car, you must:

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Provide the rental agency with a credit card number as a security deposit
• Be 19 years of age or older

Some important facts to understand before renting a car:

• Rental agencies charge for gas, so remember to replace the fuel you use.
• Rental agencies also offer optional insurance coverage that you may not need.  Check with your insurance agent to see if you are already covered.  Most policies carry over to cars rented to replace yours during collision damage repair.
